The Asian American Bar Association of the Delaware Valley ("AABADV") is a non-profit organization founded in 1984 to serve a wide network of Asian Pacific American attorneys admitted or practicing in Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware and Southern New Jersey. The AABADV is dedicated to the advancement of its members and the Asian American Community. AABADV also educates its members about issues critical to Asian Pacific Americans and advances the interests of Asian Pacific American attorneys as well as the interests of the local community.
The AABADV is an affiliate of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association ("NAPABA"). Members of AABADV are also members of NAPABA because AABADV pays for its members' NAPABA dues.
The AABADV's annual membership dues structure for 2007 is as follows:
|Admitted to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction for 3 years or more:||$45.00|
|Admitted to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction for less than 3 years:||$25.00|
|Government or Public Interest Attorneys:*||$25.00|
*Government or public interest attorneys include judges, prosecutors, public defenders, assistant attorneys general, legal services attorneys and attorneys for non-profit groups which qualify as 501(c)(3) organizations.
**Dues are waived if the student is a member of his or her school's APALSA Chapter. Otherwise, dues are $10.00.
Membership dues are our primary source of operating revenues. Your support will permit our organization to carry on its important work. Kindly make your checks payable to the "Asian American Bar Association of the Delaware Valley" or "AABADV," and send it with the completed form to:

Membership is effective from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007. In keeping with our past carry-over policy, new members who pay their dues on or after September 1, 2006 will be considered a paid member for 2007. If this policy applies to you, please indicate the date of payment.
